Cool project!

If you're going to use HAM, you should use HEL too, it's going to help a lot with some typical JRPG tasks like big maps.

HEL link: http://www.console-dev.de/project/hel-library-for-gba/

Thanks for the detailed explanation and all the links. Is there much difference in cart prices if you buy them in bulk?

Nice writeup! Can you tell us a bit about the physical release? How are you making the carts, the box and the manual, how are you distributing them, etc.

The game is finished! Play it here!

Great update, I hope you can release a public demo or something.

Looks great!

Have you tried talking to the author of the original game about releasing a small demo?
It could help as advertising, I guess...

I have to play it!

I don't like Battle Network series because of world exploration, so if Battle Chip Challenge doesn't have much of that it must be great :)

One of my favourites:

Most GBA games are "too modern" compared to the SNES and Mega Drive era, but Ninja Five-O would fit very well in the 90s.

Awesome music, gfx, action and the time wasted on story is as short as possible :D

Great stuff.

Looks great!

Is it going to be a free game, or are you going to sell it?
If that's the case, are you try to sell a physical edition?
